[Woodcarver] Advice

Greetings Everyone,

    Bill was gracious enough to add a picture of an Indian Head that I carved to the gallery (in the round).   I was wondering if any of you have time you might take a look and give me your thoughts on what I need to work on to do the next one better.   I know it is hard to tell from a picture, but I would really appreciate any guidance you can give me.   You are all so experienced and I really want to learn.
