[Woodcarver] Picture Galleries... calling for photos...

Gentle Subscribers...

The List galleries are growing steadily, receiving new photos weekly.  
Of course, the carving galleries are delightful, but I really enjoy  
the members gallery. The portraits contained in this particular  
gallery reveal so much of the character and personality of the  
carvers whose projects populate the other galleries.

Take time to give the galleries a "look-see", and most of all,  
consider CONTRIBUTING photos of your favorite work to the galleries  
for the rest of us to enjoy.

These galleries benefit us in that they:
1. offer us idea starters
2. offer technique tips
3. display various woods, carved and finished
4. reveal the diversity of subject and style in wood carving
5. illustrate how carving can be used to create family heirlooms
6. allow us to put a face to AND connect with other carvers whose  
work has caught our attention
7. illustrate what a good carving photo looks like
