Gentle Subscribers:

During the last week I was in Toronto visiting my family and spending  
time with my ailing father in hospital. He died last Monday in the  
presence of myself and two sisters. He died peacefully and looked  
forward to meeting Jesus.

I want to thank ALL the list community who supported me in prayer  
over the last week. And thank you to those who took time to send a  
message of encouragement. It is remarkable how many of you did. They  
were a blessing to me.

It was a remarkable week, filled with many blessings. Our loss and  
sadness was more than compensated with hope and peace as we said  
goodbye to a godly man. God is good!
