Hi Arthur,
  For what it's worth, I've attached a pic of a 2005 ornament I carved that includes the minora, star of David and fish emblem. It is called the Messianic Seal and has been adopted as an emblem of the Messianic Christian movement.

  Try carving a menorah onto the gold ball.
  That's the seven branched candle stick, BTW. Search google images for ideas.
