Hi to all my friends on the Carving net:
I came home today from the hospital after having a massive heart attack on Nov. 18-19th at 2 am. Because I was aware of the heart attack signs before time I guess I saved myself. I had two complete arteries blocked with a large aneurism between the two. Fortunately they operated the same day and placed two stints in place. I still need to return in two months for further work.
I just want others to know that I will be ok, and that if you have never experienced a heart attack to not wait and think it is nothing. The beginning signs are slight, but definitely something that is not normal. My life saver was to raise my hands as high in the air and bring them down - my finger tips were very tingly (the most prominent signs of the h.a.) .
I will be back to carving shortly after healing. God bless to all and Happy Thanksgiving.
