Hi Fran,
To convert currency I use the following link, http://www.xe.com/ucc/ just type in the amount, the country from where it comes, i/e Canadian to American and click go and it does it all for you. Our money though is just about equal at the moment.

I can take credit cards via PayPal, which is just about the most secure way of paying on the internet. After you click the "add to cart" button, a Pay Pal window opens up, you can either click on continue shopping or go to checkout, then you just enter the credit card info and click pay now and it goes into my Pay Pal account. You will have to set up a Pay Pal account, which is free to do. Go to my "questions" page and it will tell you all about Pay Pal, with a link to go to their site to find out more and set up an account. It does not cost you anything to pay by Pay Pal, I pay the charges on my end.

I hope this helps. We use Dollars in Canada, I originally come from South Wales, in the U.K. (I'm a Welshman, a true Celt.). Been in Canada now since 1985, still not a Canadian though, I figure I was born a Welshman and I will die as one, not quite yet though !!
Take care and all the best.
Clive.

Clive, your website is great,(It's in my favorites, now,) and especially your carvings! I noticed your asking prices are followed by CDN - assuming that means Canadian Money, can you give me a way to figure how much an item will cost in U.S. Currency? Is there a chart somewhere that I will show the equivalent comparisons of American and Canadian currency? Is your money about double what ours is, like it is in England? Do you use Pounds, Dollars, Francs or Euros? I know I'm showing my ignorance, but I've never been to Canada, and I would love to have some way of comparing. If one ordered something from your website, would you be able to take credit cards that would charge the correct amount in American money and convert it to Canandian? Looks like I need to get out and about in the world a little bit, doesn't it?

Thanks,

Arkansas Fran
