  i would like to start the blog but i am kind of clueless on how to get it started or where to go.

      Harry- that would be interesting. I've made 3 project blogs so far, and it really keeps me on focus to feel that people are out there waiting to see what I do next. They may not actually be that excited about my projects. . . but my perception is my reality, and whatever works. . . works.

  I am assuming that this is your bed???? Yes.   my advice is to either make it really generic or very personal.  Two extremes but both should be considered.  Generic is good if you ever sell it or pass it down.  Either a nature,wildlife, landscapy thing, acanthus leaf pattern,geometric type patterns or any combination of such.  If you do not care about the future and the possibility of someone else getting it, then I would make it personal.  Either a heritage type of design or using objects that are special to you.  sounds like a cool project.  enjoy and keep us updated.   Oh.....and glad to hear from you.  You must be a very busy boy. are you married yet???
