I have been thinking--dangerous

Board mbrs --one should come one from each section
tuba --trumpets-sax-etc----selected by the section.---mbr and second to attend if regular cannot attend.

No 2 mbrs of same family can serve at same time---blood relative ---marriage relative ---down to cannon or civil 5----
nor from same section.


ballots are to be sent out with 2 envelopes enclosed-----one with a number on it and another  into which the ballot is placed and sealed.----to be opened by the counting committee. Just like absentee ballots are done.


now total can only vote for pres-vp & secy----or those allowed to vote
