[Woodcarver] What have you been working on?

Joe, I've been really busy.  I jjust started back to school - this will
be my last year working as a school counselor.
This summer I have been teaching a lot- at the NEWR, at my house, and at
the Woodcraft store in Harrisburg, PA.  I offered a two day class to
carve a miniature puffin at my home studio. I designed the pattern, cut
the blanks, and then instructed a group of five people in the carving. 
It was great fun.  I'm working now on completing three of the puffins,
painting a set of six miniature mallard duck decoys, completing another
western sandpiper and preparing a group of purple sandpipers for a show
in September.   I will be going to a show in Chincoteague, VA over the
Labor Day weekend.  If anyone on the list is in that area, please stop by
my display.
