Along that same line, I met a gentleman over the internet this past week 
who is the son of folks my parents knew.  It is Paul's family that is 
responsible for my entire family's love of mid-coast Maine.  We 
vacationed there, Dad retired there, and so will I God willing......

In his introductory letter to me, he made a profound observation. "If 
you knew for certain that the universe would end next week,  where would 
you want to be when the end came?  THAT is where your heart lives...."

The longevity that many of us share on this list would seem to follow a 
similar thread.
