Gentle Carvers:

My carving classes are well under way - each of the three classes is full. Between classes I am progressing well on my 14 carving series on the Stations of the Cross. This is a project I undertook at the start of 2008. After the summer vacation, I am back into full swing carving the stations.

I've posted the first 4 of the 14 stations, and will have two more loaded to the site later this week. I've been able to complete the actual carving part of the project at a rate of one station each week. Hopefully the series will be completed before Christmas.

Your comments would be appreciated. Please note that when this series is finished, it will be for sale. I hope to find a home for these 14 carvings in a Catholic church somewhere in Canada or the USA. So keep your ears and eyes open for a suitable buyer for them, OK?
