[Woodcarver] Was "Vacation reply"

Well,  it didn't take long for me to have to deal with the first  
little issue.   The person that sent the Vaction reply spam has been  
set to "moderated", which means they cannot send message to the list  
with moderator approval.   That should end the spam from this  
particular individual.
