[Woodcarver] Eagle Trophy Repair

I received an inquiry from a insurance claims handler looking to have
a carving repaired. It is an award that has a eagle with outstretched
wings. One of the wings was broken off.

The carving is in Louisiana and I am in Texas. I suggested that it may
be good for someone locally to look at it. If you are near Ruston, LA
