It's nice to know that others have the same fears or concerns.
Maura, I am a freak about contact!! I update my blog or email photos
of commisions to my clients regularly and look for their feedback
along the way. When there is regular two-way contact and then it
stops for a few days, that is when I get concerned. N o contact
always makes me nervous. Maybe that is a throw-back to my previous
life in sales. You are right..there are so many other situations
that can delay a return email, and I have to remind myself that
although this may be top on my list of priorities at the time, my
client may have other situations to deal with. As it turns out,
everything is fine.
Denny, you bring up a valid point. Email can be inconsistent. I
always get alternative contact information, including phone
numbers. For a while I was having some major problem getting emails
from my server to anyone with AOL. For some reason AOL had pivot.net
blocked on many occasions. I've set up alternative email addresses
specifically for that reason, and have also resorted to the land line
for phone calls.
Thanks everyone for your responses !
