Thanks in no small part to some good ideas and motivating comments from the list, I finally got some new photos posted in my picturetrail albums.
The link to my PictureTrail albums is:

The new photos include:
1. Recently complete spirit face - done in a piece of bark that was dense and heavy. I wanted to see how it would carve and, although it was harder, especially near the surface, it carved quite well and held detail well on the inside.
2. Even more recently completed carving of a wood spirit embellished with some acorns and oak leaves. I started this one at a carving club meeting (had been a long time since I went to one) and finished it later at home.
The above 2 carvings are now in my "Bark Carvings" album
3. Photos of a beautiful brown trout carving that I finally finished painting and mounting. It took forever for me to finish the painting and mounting but it turned out exceptionally well and is my favorite fish carving to date. These photos are in my "Carvings" album.
4. In addition to the above, I added several photos of cottonwood bark that I recently collected. I got to feeling bad that so many people seem to look at the bark photos and they were all so old. Actually, I am constantly renewing my bark supply - just don't get around to taking and posting new photos very often. These photos are in my "Items for Sale" album.
After signing in to the PictureTrail site to upload the photos, I also learned that they now give the e-mail address of people who post comments in my guestbook. The last time I looked they did not do this and I was frustrated because I could not respond to the comments, even when a question was asked. It is much better now because and e-mail address is provided so I can respond to any comments made.
One question about photos. I did get a photo cube - used it for the brown trout photos with good success. However it seemed that the bark carving photos done in it had a more reddish brown color that the actual carvings. For that reason, I used photos made outside against a tree. I suspect the redness was due to my use of incandescent bulbs on each side of the photocube. Does anyone have suggestions for a better light source?
