[Woodcarver] New shop wiring

This is what I did based on my electrician friend's recommendation.  All the
equipment I rund is for wood, except for my small mig welder.  It is on a
separate breaker.  I have a small shop with lots of outlets for its small
size.

I suggest running all wire 12 gage and 20 amp circuits.
