[Woodcarver] chain carver

I have used them a lot and have taken some chunks out my body as have
other carvers I know. Be sure to always use the guard and the
handle. Before you plug it in, make sure it is set up so that the
carving blade/chain is away from you. Always use two hands. Make
sure your work is clamped securely. Never use it if you are tired or
have any alcohol or drugs in your system. That includes many
prescription drugs. Don't try too take too much wood in one pass.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions.

That said, they are a great tool that can speed up your work
considerably when used with proper care.

was wondering if anyone has used one of these chain carvers that fits
onto a grinder ?? I got one for Christmas and have never used one of
these things.? It fits on a 4" grinder.? Any help or info is greatly
appreciated..? John in Az
