Over here we don't have snow blowers but we do have leaf blowers and they 
work just great for cleaning the shop.
You open all the doors and windows and let it rip.
Cleans chips dust spider webs the lot all out the door.
It is some one elses problem then.
One bit of advice  DON'T DO IT ON WASHING DAY
