Good Afternoon, Friends in Carving -

I'd like to offer a gentle reminder about replying to messages on the  
List.   Please take the few moments needed to trim out any portion of  
a message that is not pertinent to your reply.   This is a particular  
concern when replying to an item buried within a long digest message.   
Trimming out unnecessary portions of a prior message (or digest)  
allows readers to more easily follow comments, contribute useful  
replies, and helps reduce band width usage.

Thanks to everyone for undertaking this simple step to more concise  
messages.
