[Woodcarver] Help-thanks

I also have a high speed internet connection..I also build web 
pages.  I'm more inclined to believe it is a microsoft  code 
issue.  The page was done with FrontPage, which has been/is being 
phased out. I used Front Page only once, many years ago and stopped 
because of issues like this.  I much prefer to use a program...or 
write my own code...that will be easily viewable in any browser.  A 
lot of what is done in microsoft programs will not work properly in 
other browswers.
