[Woodcarver] Jim Ward - So St Paul, MN

Many of you know Jim Ward from So St Paul, MN.  I know he has taken 
classes at the Congress in Bettendorf plus other workshops.  He has been 
diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in both lungs.  I talked to him today and 
is feeling better from his chemo of last week.  Jim was hoping he would 
be able to make an appearance at the Carv-Fest but no guarantees.   They 
have a website on :
http://www.caringbridge.org   but you need to sign up to access.   Jim's 
site is 'jimthewoodcarver' and you can leave messages for Jim and his 
family.  Jim wanted to say that the doctor said that neither  wood 
burning or power carving contributed to his condition.
