joe, i got told by the dr. that my blood sugar was too high.[145] and i told them did not want meds. would take it down naturely.

put myself on a low calorie, diet, watched my carbs, walked on a treadmill all winter, come spring treadmill and my bike.
still watching my calories and carbs. got 10 more i want to lose. but it is coming off hard.lol.

 i like myself better and my blood sugar was 99 this morning.

 my blood pressure is way down also. was 115/66 when last checked.

 feel so much better. but like i told jan. now to get rid of all the wrinkles. lol
