I did a Smokey Bear from the pattern in the Carving Magazine. Change the
paws so they come out from the body instead of across the front, add
shovel and a hat. I have carved a baseball bear, tennis bear, gardening bear
and a chef bear by changing the arms and adding a hat of different sorts.
You can see a couple of my bears at: _http://houseofharpool.webs.com_
(http://houseofharpool.webs.com) go to photo gallery then carvings by Arthur. I
know it is not a great web site but it does what I want it to do for now.

Hello all! It's been a while since I have been on the list. Recently I
have been carving a characature of a bear standing on his hind legs. I found
the pattern in the Carving Magazine. While I was working on it, I thought
about doing a carving of Smokey Bear (Only you can prevent forrest fires!).
Anyways, I have searched on Google for a pattern, but have spent too many
hours looking at links. I was wondering if anyone on our list would have a
pattern for Smokey Bear, or knew of some where I might be able to get one.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You all!
