The US representative for Koch sharpeners was a member of my carving club in NY before he moved to Arizona. I watched the sharpener in action. I also watched the Burke system in action and decided that was what I would buy. Don also had a Burke sharpener so we are now the proud owners of two of them and would not trade them for anything.

Before you spend the money on the Koch system, check out the Burke sharpener.
