Chris:
My calls at Silver Dollar City always has either 13 or 14 people in it.
This year I had six. There were several classes canceled due to the small
number of students. A lot of the classes had numbers like mine. However,
the classes I give close to home have a healthy number in tem. I did a two
day bark carving class with 15 students about a month ago. All of the
students were local.
I think the economy has definitely affected the carving community.
