All,
I bought a Burke system last August from Big Dog. It's the two axle model,
and I'm loving it. Had a small issue with the placement of the on/off
toggle, but when I mounted it to the bench that held (notice the past tense)
my Delta water sharpener, I rewired it to the existing switch on the bench.
If you don't have electrician type skills or access to an electrician, it's
not hard to live with.
Keep on Carvin'

The US representative for Koch sharpeners was a member of my carving club in
NY before he moved to Arizona. I watched the sharpener in action. I also
watched the Burke system in action and decided that was what I would buy.
Don also had a Burke sharpener so we are now the proud owners of two of them
and would not trade them for anything.
Before you spend the money on the Koch system, check out the Burke
sharpener.
I know everyone loves the one they have so you will hear testimonials from
several people with several systems.
