[Woodcarver] OK, where is everyone . . .

I'm putting the final touches on miniature bear scene's that will go under  
a dome about 2 1/2" tall.  There will be two bears roasting marshmellows, a 
 mountain with a cave and a canoe up against the cave and one tree in the  
scene.

Fran, I  base the drawing course on Betty Edwards' book, "Drawing on the 
Right Side of  the Brain".  If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it!!  
That  book is what got me drawing, and then into carving!

Aside from that, I'm practicing  carving a mouth on about a 2" x 2" stick.  
I'm getting there.   This is in preparation for carving a face in relief.  
I'm afraid I'm  REALLY going to have to practice on eyes, though.  Went to 
my carving  club this afternoon and started a love spoon for the first time. 
I'm pretty  slow, but I want to carve EVERYTHING!  I'm sure your class would 
have  helped me a lot.

Sounds like you are extemely busy.  Stay with  it.
