[Woodcarver] where is everyone

I just sold my green man walking stick on Etsy! That's my first non-face to
face sale and my first non-commission sale of a walking stick. Thrilling!
I just won some odd pieces of exotics on eBay and I'm planning a carved wood
mosaic of some kind-still perking in my mind... When the wood arrives I'll
have a better idea!
Also have some bird blanks that were provided to me at my carving club in
McAlester and Harold is going to show me how to start from a pre-cut blank
as soon as we can both have a free afternoon. I've always carved "off the
cuff" on found wood, mostly branches so this is new.
Hubby also requested a gargoyle cup holder for the cedar lawn chair one of
his friends made for him. That should be fun. I think I'm at September
already in getting these done and I still have made no provisions for
working on my "modern" totem pole for my yard on an eight foot by six to
eight inch cedar log.
top it all off with trying to heal a sprained right hand... Ah, life.
