Thanks, Corey. I like to carve quietly by hand. Most of my bird carvings are done with tupelo and power- noisy and dusty, but I learned this hummer with basswood so I can use hand tools. The books about carving hummingbirds are really good- but they focus on power, not hand tools.
I made the kit up as I would like to buy something- all together in one package. It is easier for me to buy a bunch of 3mm eyes than it is for others to buy just a couple at a time. In theory one could buy the kit, booklet, and video and have everything needed to duplicate my hummer. It wouldn't be too expensive if one did the booklet download.
