Big Dog,

It means the font being used on that line doesn’t interpret the ASCII code for quotes properly (at least not in the same way as the font everyone else is using). Your font is “special” Big Dog <G>.

I hear he uses his "you know whats" like breadcrumbs and scatters them around wherever he goes. Kind of like his own gps system so that he can find his way back home.
