Hello to all,

I can't find Ivan's tutorial about carving a building - It sounds terrific. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I tried clicking on his website - maybe it was there - and I was dazzled by his work and just didn't see it.

I admit that I often have problems finding things these emails refer to. I know it is my problem, but am unsure of how to fix it - which is why I don't say too much - but SURE DO ENJOY listening to all of you.

Thanks,

Susan Alexander

Hi Ivan,

That was a great tutorial you wrote on carving a building. Thanks for the time and effort you put into it. I always enjoy seeing your input.

Now go to the studio (lower level) and paint some pictures. LOL

I've sure been having fun with pottery over the past 6 months. I'm still carving but spending a little more than half my time doing pottery. It seems to have opened another door to creativity. The challenge is very stimulating. I think you experience the same feelings with your music and painting. It's kind of like filling the tank again.

Wonder if my reply to Andrew got lost in cyber space, since it hasn't appeared in my mailbox yet.  This is a test.  Do not seek cover. This is only a test.

Joe, I thoroughly agree with you that Ivan's tutorial on carving
buildings is a wonderful..a "print and keep" for sure!

I've also enjoyed playing with mud.  I think from time to time it is
important to add something new to the creative repertoire!  My latest
is metal sculpture.  After 3 classes,  my FEAR of the oxy-acetylene
torch and diminished to mostly a healthy respect for it.  With that
out of the way, I'm more free to "play".  My first real project is
supposed to be a parrot of some sort...we'll see.  Design change is
always an option :)
Enjoy..thanks for sharing!
