You are NOT making it public Doug MANY moons ago we already discovered that Jack had a loose cog 

When he kept throwing penults at good folks instead of the monkeys 

But him walking around in shorts is NOT new either I remember a few years ago when a certain Canadian was doing the same and he shall be left nameless 

EVERY body was wearing sweaters and heavy long pants at that time except him Short sleeved shirt and shorts (Only pair he had) Got a picture to prove it
