Hi!

I wasn't one of the lucky ones to get shop in school but I did take drafting as a senior and it was a wonderful class! We used all sorts of useful information that I didn't see much use for in other classes. I wish I knew what was the matter with our administrators and all the political people. They keep cutting education and the classes that are practical and for some kids keep them going until graduation. I see where that "contracts yuck" might be taken that they might have smaller classes but his comment was that he can't do anything about the over load with the tiny kids because the contract has no language in about 5th grade. Yet they are more likely to get hurt that the older kids. It is a serious situation that is happening in more places than just our town. Sadly! I gave him all your suggestions plus others I found and after talking to him he did admit that he was a bit overwhelmed with the way his hands are tyed and the youngness of the kids and behavior problems. But looking at the stuff found it was like taking a load off. I have a tendency to make things more complicated than it needs to be and I think he was doing the same thing. So a great big thank you again to all that helped send suggestions!

Merrilee
