What are the properdimensions of a carved blanket ? I would say it depends how big the person using it is and how big the mattress is. The carver should limit it's thickness to 3/8"

Are carved top sheets  acceptable ??  Absolutely, but they must also have the requisite fold down at the top. and they must not be any thicker than 1/16". They also must have hospital corners carved into them that actually fit onto the carved mattress.  Mattresses may be chain-sawn at your discretion.

Arecarved electric powered blankets permissible or must they be hand carved ??? Absolutely!!!!!

 I’llsave “stained” vs “acrylics” etc for another time. Actually as it comes from an old Indian custom, I think only natural vegetable dyes should be used.
