Hi, faeb,

Marv Kaisersatt's book, "Creating Caricature Heads" is the best I
have seen on designing your own caricatures.

Another great reference is Mark Simon's "Facial Expressions". No
caricature designs or patterns, but LOTS of pictures of different
types of faces making all kinds of faces.
Ivan Whillock has some great books on realistic facial proportions
and features.
