First of all, I would like info on the where and when of the Fish Carving competition you will be attending. I was not aware of it.
If this is your first trip to St. Louis you might want to check out the Arch, pretty neat. If you like animals, you're in luck. St. Louis has a world class Zoo and it is FREE!! If you like trains (I do) the Transportation Museum is a must! If you are a baseball fan, St. Louis has a brand new stadium. St. Charles is a pretty neat place too. The old part of the city has a lot of little shops (antiques, crafts, restaurants, etc) with old cobblestone main street. If you like to gamble (not my thing) there are several casino river boats in the St. Charles and St. Louis areas. Tell me what you are interested in and I may have more ideas.
Jim

Hi Jim Sorry to jump into the messaging between you and Big Dog, but, wife and I will be in St Charles, MO for the World Fish Carving Championships the first part of May. Can you give me a couple of hints on what we MUST see when we are down there. I sure would appreciate it. We are thinking of taking a tour around the city and seeing some of the sights that way. If you don't mind....
