Also, go to whois.net. Find out who the hosting company is. If it's in 
india, you're sort of out of luck, but at any rate, contact the hosting 
company and alert them that the site is committing copyright 
infringement and theft. Most hosting companies will at the very least 
invstigate the issue and sometimes will even shut the site down.
