[Woodcarver] New issue not loading - was WOM Vol 15 Issue 4 Now Available

Hello All -

To clarify, if when you go to the WOM gateway page, click the "Current Issue" link and still get issue 3, please click you back button to return to the gateway page and hit reload.  The Chipping Away Woodcarving Store graphic should appear in the upper right corner of the sponsor block.  If it is, click the "Current Issue" link again - Issue 4 should load properly. 

(Tested on Safari, Firefox and Internet Exploder.)
