[Woodcarver] Carving book - and movie

Hi Matt,

I didn't know it was made into a movie.  The book was really a great read.

Unfortunately it went out of print a couple of years ago.  I don't know
whether it can be found on any of the OOP book search sites.  It would be
worth the effort to look for one.

Many of you may know there is a delightful children's book about a
woodcarver called "The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey" 
You may not know there is movie of the same name starring Tom Berenger and
Joely Richardson. I picked up a copy last year but didn't watch it until
this evening. Very well done movie well worth watching.   If you've not read
the
book you may be able to get a copy from The Woodcraft Shop.  I found the
movie at B&N.
