Thank you very much. It's really nice to get positive feedback,
especially from accomplished carvers.
Skip's Fix-ut was a class project for a fisherman but since I don't
fish...and I tend to be handy around the house, well...you saw what
happened. :-)
The picture frame was a gift for my sister, who absolutely loves the TV
show "Friends". That's what the frame was based on...and it was done
totally on my own with no input from anyone else...and the Superman
business card holder was for my brother, who absolutely loves Superman.
I designed and created that one from a single piece of wood, basing it
upon the 1977 Christopher Reeve version of Superman. I was surprised at
how many Superman S's there were out there, as well as cape designs...I
found that I really enjoy making my own designs.
Now, if I can just get caught up with all design ideas I have rattling
around in my head... :-)
