[Woodcarver] "finger tip" handles for Flexcut

Some time ago, I believe at least one of the carving magazines had an article on 
making "finger tip" handles to fit Flexcut blades.  These were smaller and 
thinner than a palm handle, and would give a decent grip and provide a handy way 
to pick up a Flexcut blade when it was not going to be subjected to heavy use.

Does anyone remember where such an article could be found?
