Your memory serves you correctly.  WB Jan is Canadian, but we’ve adopted him as a quasi-citizen of the US of A.  I’m expecting that he will be sending something for the auction.

 

You’re right about the ‘70s, definitely different times than now.  I appreciate your service as I’m sure many others do also.  It’s too bad it wasn’t expressed in a positive way back then.

Although I'm not dwelling on it, but it would have been nice if someone would have cooridiated efforts like this when we came back in the70's.  I try to do my best to assure that these guys do not forget.

That’s great Bob.  I’d say you are the best, but then WB Jan would whine and moan about it wondering why he wasn’t the best.  LOL!

 

But you are right on top of the list.  :o)  The wounded service men and women who will benefit from the Silent Auction will surely appreciate your donation as well as everyone else’s.

We would appreciate pieces for the silent auction.  All the proceeds go to support these two great veterans organizations…Hines VA Hospital Windy City Athletes and Wounded Warriors.  It would be nice to have with the piece a short bio of the artist, a few words about the piece (what was the inspiration), suggested retail and suggest starting bid.
