[Woodcarver] FUTURE DOUBTFULL

Industrial accidents are causing great pain ,
I drilled a hole through my finger again ,
I,ve dropped great weights on all of my toes ',
Knocked out some teeth and broke my nose 
My doctor is worried ,he took me aside 
He said there is not much left,unbroken inside
He says you're to nervous,you are to stressed
A relaxing hobby is what I suggest  
For just what suits you,you'll have to find 
But woodcarving is what I have on my mind 
That sounded great,I was eager to begin 
To a wood carvers show I soon dropped in 
It was fantastic ,a great sight to see,
I said OH YES!This is great ,this is for me 
I bought a strop and a new carving knife,
Then went home to show my wife,
Out to the garage ,to my little shop
For an hour I did nothing but strop
Now to the woodpile for my first creation,
A piece of white birch made  an impression 
I was eager to start ,and I did not linger ,
OH DARN, I nicked my little finger
A bandage applied ,I went back to work 
Grabbed hold of my knife and give it a jerk
It took a tourniquet to stop the flow
Into the car and to the hospital I go 
I thought this hobby is just right for me 
A carver of wood I wanted to be 
At the show ,I saw a man carve a flower
I remembered how he did that with power  
THAT"S IT!!! now I can see 
power carving is the best way for me.
It's great ,it's PERFECT ,I'm on my way 
I'll buy a new CHAINSAW this very day
