Larry,
You're right!!! Carving with Helli and friends is a real Winter bonus
for me ...enjoying the warmth of the room along with the warmth of
friends and listening to the carving tools slicing through the wood.
What more could anyone want?
For you folks who need a little more warmth, just buy some long-handle
underduds and join us. I don't know if there is still room but you
can check it out with Larry. Then you just get an airline ticket to
the Quad cities and shuttle to the hotel. It's so-o-o easy!!!
Doug, the corn has been picked and processed for pop-corn. So I'm
thinking we'll be having some one-of-a-kind IOWA popped corn.
Lon, Enjoy your class with Fred and Elaine. They're great people.
Tell them hello for David and me.
Craig, I can't believe you dragged your lovely Norwegian wife out of
the pristine northwoods. Poor Elsa must have been kicking and
screaming! This is her climate & the four seasons is her element!!!
I hope you're getting her counseling to help her endure the warm
temps. (laughing)
Donna, I hope you'll be able to get back to teaching around Texas.
It's not easy to travel and teach. It does take it's toll, but it
helps to be closer to home.
The rest of you, enjoy your winter locations. Stay warm, wherever you
are.
BUT you're missing out on a great class is you're not going to be in
IOWA in FEBRUARY!!!!!
Hugs to all
Sally
