[Woodcarver] A Significant Milestone and Welcoming New Members

Good Evening Friends In Carving -

I'd like to welcome some recent new members to the Woodcarver List and  
announce a significant milestonet:

First, the new members - these folks have joined since the start of  
the year:

We welcome you to the largest and oldest carving-related List on the  
World Wide Web - feel free to drop a note introducing yourself, ask a  
question, or provide an answer.


And now for that Significant Milestone!

The List has for some time bounced around at about 850 members,  some  
folks leaving and some new joining.  But over the last several months,  
we've seen a net positive movement upward toward the 900 mark.  I am  
very, very pleased to announce that the Woodcarver List reached 900  
members at about 955 PM on January 6, 2011, when JOAN O'DELL joined.    
Congratulations Joan, for being our 900th member - as a reward, you'll  
receive a special Woodcarver List/WOM mug as a special gift.

Remember folks, in the List you have the most incredible carving  
resource right at your fingertips - with lots of skilled, talented  
members ready and willing to answer just about any carving-related  
question you might have.
