[Woodcarver] Sad News - Nora Hall

With deep sadness I would like to pass along that news that longtime carver, teacher and good friend Nora Hall passed away this past tuesday. I have been in contact with Nora's daughter Renee over the past few weeks. They discovered that cancer had spread throughout her body and there was not much they could do. 

You may have know Nora through her many video tapes, carving classes and magazine articles ... there is an excellent biography of her life on her web site at www.norahall.com.
