Hi Y'all.as you may or may not know, we've spent the last few winters
here in Florida. Sure beats the cold and snow and ice of western
upstate NY. Problem is, ain't no woodcarvers here 'cept me. There's a
half dozen or so places for sale here but you wouldn't know it if nobody
told you or you happened into their web-site. Anyhow, they are all Park
Model Mobile Homes, mostly furnished and ready to move in. Prices range
from $7K to about $10K and one or two about $12K. They rent for $1050
per mo so it's cheaper to own. Lot of people here from MI, IN, OH, PA,
NY, CT and Ontario. Really nice friendly group of people here located
on the shore of Beautiful Lake Rosalie, 55 mi East of Tampa and 70 mi
west of Vero Beach on the Atlantic Ocean side. Large Mouth Bass 19 - 12
lb range and Black Crappie up to 17 In long. Send me a private mail if
you want more info, and check the web site. Best to All, Ray
