Sandie if it is a wireless keyboard try putting new batteries in it. if it is a USB one unplug it and plug it in a different usually that will have the computer look at it and reinstall it.  hope that helps.  it is a PSI keyboard I would say go out and get a USB keyboard they are better anyway.

  To any and all computer geeks out there...

  Don was working on a word document and his keyboard quit responding. He can't type anything. The touch pad still works but he can't type in anything to search for help. We are working our way through help menus but haven't found anything.

  Has anyone experienced the keyboard quitting and how was the problem resolved.

  Don was working on patterns so it is carving related. :)
