[Woodcarver] Marathon Minimotor tool

Is anyone familiar with the Marathon minimotor 35000 rpm tool sold on 
Ebay for around $100? Is it any good? If I use it lightly would it carve 
woodspirits in a 1 1/2 - 2" hiking sticks?
