[Woodcarver] custom tupelo wood?

Hello Carvers. I am looking for custom tupelo wood, I need 10 x5 x 3 1/2 planed, square and parrellel. Ready for band saw, don't have jointer and planer machine. Do any one know where to buy it? Thank you. Have a happy carving days. carve on.
